<\/p>\nGerald Anderson sheds light on the deeper struggles of scam victims as he explores more hidden truths and high-stakes action as ABS-CBN\u2019s crime action-drama series \u201cSins of the Father\u201d unfolds its new season.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs an actor, mas mahirap siya kasi alam mo yung pressure na bitbit mo dahil maraming makaka-relate at dumaan sa ganitong sitwasyon kaya it inspires me more na pagbutihin yung ginagawa ko,\u201d the Kapamilya actor said.<\/p>\n
The show also marks Gerald\u2019s first time behind the camera for the series, directing a high-octane 1 vs. 100 fight scene while delving into darker storylines that uncover large-scale scams like money lending, human trafficking, and employment fraud. The series also became the most watched series on iWant.<\/p>\n
\u201cNever ko naisip na magiging direktor ako, and at the same time I didn\u2019t aspire to be an actor. But when an opportunity that is so good is handed to you, I try my best to learn from our directors too. Mas tumaas yung respeto ko sa kanila because it\u2019s not an easy job. I enjoyed my experience, and I\u2019ve learned a lot in this whole process,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n
One of the series\u2019 directors, FM Reyes, also praised Gerald\u2019s proactive contributions in both his acting and directing roles.<\/p>\n
\u201cWorking with Gerald, he is very generous. Kapag binigyan mo siya ng konsepto, he will work and contribute more. Nakatutok ako sa characterization kaya tinitingnan ko kung yung katrabaho ko ay brilliant enough to get all the instructions, and I\u2019m impressed with him. That kind of attitude makes it easier to work with him,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
