Another 158 matchups of the world’s top cockfighters take center stage on day two of the elimination round of this year’s first World Slasher Cup 9-Cock Invitational Derby, the Olympics and the biggest cockfighting event in the world, at the historic Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Top cockfighters competing in today’s second elimination round are sabong legends Biboy Enriquez, Nene Abello, Dicky Lim, Frank Berin, Patrick Antonio, Nene Araneta, Sonny Lagon, American cocker Dan Miller, Celso Evangelista, James Uy, Ricky Magtuto, Claude Bautista, Edwin “Amo” Tose, Carlos Tumpalan, Engr. Competitors with 2-0 record will move on to the 3-cock semi-finals on January 29, Thursday, while those who scored at least a point in tonight’s matchups to stay in contention for the title.
