A new Resonator Banner kicks off today in award-winning, open-world, action RPG Wuthering Waves. The 5-Star Resonator Banner featuring Roccia runs now through February 12, 2025 (11:59 server time, UTC +8). 5-Star Featured Resonator Roccia is exclusive to the Stage in a Box Resonator Convene and will not be available by any other means once the event ends. With a limit of two purchases Roccia’s Waveband will be simultaneously made available in the Afterglow Coral Store and will be removed once the Convene event ends.

Who is Roccia?
Roccia is affiliated with Rinascita, with Havoc attributes. Always with a serene expression, and calm beyond her years, Roccia is unusually observant and very sensitive to others feelings, no matter how subtle or well-concealed they are. When they first came to the island, she noticed the secret anxieties of adulthood. After some time on the island Roccia started to feel homesick, and her companions tried to hide for fear of them rubbing off on those around them. Roccia, who has never been good with words, will always try to find a way to cheer them up – accompanied by Pero, of course. Sometimes creating a thick soup that reminds them of their hometown, or stage a show that will distract them from their worries. On stage Roccia features a juxtaposition between her calm face and chaotic movements that never fail to bring on laughter from the crowd. Enjoy yourself when Roccia puts on a show and don’t forget to repay her with a smile.
Roccia is a Jack of all trades, part of a troupe that is not flush with money, everyone aboard does their fair share. Roccia never takes anything she doesn’t feel she deserves, not even a simple piece of bread. Riding her suitcase, Roccia explores the ship, quietly and unobtrusively, discovering and bringing to life discarded trinkets – a cardboard box becomes a backdrop, against which many stories are told, a shattered glass ball and an old telescope become a kaleidoscope. Some call Roccia and Pero a treasure trove that contains everything. Before the compliment can fully reach her, Roccia is already riding off on her suitcase, her serene expression unchanged.
A lone girl with no home to return to, Roccia was found by a magical being Pero. A huge suitcase appeared on the deck featuring a treasure trove of defiance and creativity. The suitcase held various items: a quill still wet with ink, a crumpled handwritten script, a worn but beautiful mask, an unvetted play banned by The Order, and a petition signed by hundreds, protesting the harsh restrictions on artistic freedom. The suitcase had been left behind by a rebellious playwright who refused to churn out cookie-cutter play and disappeared without a trace. The suitcase set sail with the ship, listening to The Fools sing as they battled hardships on their journey. The objects inside symbolized the final ideas of many creators. Over time, these ideas reacted to The Fools’ soulful songs, merging together like rivers of inspiration until they became something new: a magical being, shiny and dark purple. Roccia named this magical being Pero, since the suitcase would emit a sound like “pero, pero,” and the name reminded Roccia of a loyal helper from a play she had once seen. Pero shared the dazzling shows and ideas hidden within her belly with Roccia, while Roccia offered Pero an identity – a name. This is how the troupe’s Fools came to live together, their fates forever tightly intertwined.
