In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, InCharge Magazine proudly presented the CEO Awards 2026 on August 27, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Embassy of Indonesia in Manila. The prestigious event brought together distinguished business leaders, entrepreneurs, diplomats, public servants, and changemakers for an evening that honored leadership, innovation, and excellence while celebrating the enduring friendship between the Philippines and Indonesia.

Organized by TAG Media Group under the leadership of media entrepreneur Grace Bondad Nicolas, the awards recognized individuals and organizations that continued to shape industries, create opportunities, and contribute to nation-building. TAG Media Group publishes five leading print magazine titles—Rising Tigers Magazine, TopNewsAsia, Leading Women Magazine, EXQ, and InCharge Magazine—with nationwide distribution through National Book Store, Fully Booked, and select gasoline stations, alongside its growing digital platforms.

The awardees were featured in the succeeding issue of InCharge Magazine, both in print and online, highlighting their inspiring journeys, leadership stories, and outstanding contributions to their respective industries.

The InCharge Magazine CEO Awards 2026 featured prestigious categories under Individual Leadership and Corporate & Organizational Excellence, recognizing visionary leaders and organizations that continued to raise the standards of excellence across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

More than an awards ceremony, the event served as a platform that recognized visionary leadership, celebrated innovation, and inspired future generations of leaders. Held in the spirit of Indonesia’s Independence Day celebration, the gathering also reflected the shared values of progress, collaboration, friendship, and regional partnership between the Philippines and Indonesia.

A Celebration of Leadership and Philippine-Indonesian Friendship

The evening began with a pictorial and interview session for the awardees, followed by registration and performances. The program formally opened with the playing of the national anthems of the Philippines and Indonesia, setting the tone for an evening that celebrated both leadership and international friendship.

The program included a presentation about InCharge Magazine, followed by welcome remarks from Andrew Troy Nicolas, Publisher and Chairman of TAG Media Group. The keynote address was delivered by Embassy of Indonesia Chargé d’Affaires Victorina Hesti Dewayani, who joined the distinguished gathering in celebrating the occasion.

The awards ceremony followed, with the honorees receiving recognition for their leadership, achievements, and contributions to their respective fields. Group pictorials were also held to commemorate the occasion, followed by dinner and fellowship among the distinguished guests and awardees.
