Last December, Intelegencia BPO has celebrated their sucess after facing their toughest year ever along with their employees and partners.
The pandemic and also the community quarantine or lockdown that followed have brought the company problems and challenges since March 2020. Temporary transportation shutdown and limited capacity of transport vehicles, client business problems, and also the “new normal” guidelines that limits the number of people that can work in a certain area were only just some of the hurdles that have threatened to halt the organization’s operation. Intelegencia have been able to overcame those challenges and emerge successful by finding and creating solutions.
As the national government announced a nationwide community quarantine, Intelegencia BPO immediately do its best to find ways of supporting its employees. The company has offered shuttle services after public transportation became unavailable and had also implemented a work-from-home arrangement for the safety of their employees. Just recently, the company have also invested to have their very own shuttle vehicles in which they can use in the future.
Intelegencia as a hr outsourcing service provider has made an extra effort in finding ways to create a joyful and lively work environment for its employees. Here are some of last year’s projects and activities that they have done include the following: Music Icons Quiz Night, INTG Superheroes Contest, Fitness Challenge, and also the recently concluded Year-End Party.
On external matters, it was business as usual for the members of the company. As a trusted international hr consulting services provider, they need to provide an uninterrupted service and true enough, they have stayed true to their promise and offered the clients continuous service. They were able to churn out impressive results and gained an impressive growth in the number of clients by 62 percent. With the new partners which coupled with the trust and support given by existing accounts, has made the team of Intelegencia grew from just 300 employees to 500 employees by the end of 2020.
The company have seen the devastation made by the pandemic and natural disasters so they have participated in projects to help our fellow kababayans. Its members have extended their help by doing donation drives to various communities who were greatly affected by COVID-19 situation and the lockdown, and also the recent typhoons that had made some devastating effects in the Bicol and Cagayan Valley Region. This was done through the program named “Sharing Is Caring”.
Intelegencia have acknowledged their hardworking employees for its success at their last year’s year-end party.
“I did not know if were going to survive as a company, as a group. But thankfully, Intelegencia globally Has survived. Intelegencia Philippines did outstanding last year,” said Intelegencia Founder and CEO Perry Chaturvedi.
As they are now full of fresh and new ideas and a ray of hope that this pandemic and lockdowns will end soon, the team is all set to face 2021 and achieve more goals this year.
