The Philippine Game Dev Expo (PGDX) 2026 has concluded their first day with an overwhelming success. The first day of the event was attended by a lot of people which is an overwhelming success as it is still not weekend and there were still classes and work on that day. Everyone had a lot of fun that day as there were a lot of indie games that you can try and there were also a lot of booths that give out freebies.

There were a lot of booths in PGDX 2026 and there were also workshops conducted in the workshop area. There is also Sticky Expo just at the Pre-Function Lobby as they are the official Artist Alley Partner of the PGDX 2026. A Tetris Battle as also done at the main stage during the afternoon. You can also try a lot of indie games that were made by students and professionals. GDAP GameOn Awards were also conducted at the main stage during the evening of the first day to recognize the outstanding games made by students in the Student Category and the outstanding games made by professionals for the Professional category.

Of course, the fun will not be complete if the day did not end in a raffle draw. The entire day is filled with fun as every booth has exciting activities and they are also holding raffles to attract attendees in joining to their exciting activities.
