This June, The Manila Hotel pays tribute to fathers with a selection of dining experiences and thoughtful treats designed for discerning tastes and meaningful gatherings. From generous buffet spreads and intimate fine dining, to family-style feasts and take-home indulgences, the hotel offers memorable ways to celebrate Dad.

At Café Ilang-Ilang, Father’s Day takes center stage on June 21, 2026, with the restaurant’s well-loved international buffet. Guests may enjoy lunch at Php 3,888 nett per person and dinner at Php 4,988 nett per person. As a special gesture, diners will receive a complimentary glass of draft 🍺 or Shirley Temple, paired with a choice of a brownie or a keepsake Willy the Bear keychain.

Fora more intimate celebration, Chàmpàgne Room offers a luxurious Father’s Day set menu available for lunch and dinner from June 19 to 21, 2026. Priced at Php 6,888 nett per person, the menu showcases refined European cuisine served in the country’s most romantic dining room. The menu features a choice of Tartare of Fresh Norwegian Salmon or Parmesan Panna Cotta and Parma Ham, followed by Beef Oxtail Consommé or Three Onion Soup, Pan-Fried Garlic Prawns or Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, and a refreshing Blackberry Sorbet. For the entrée, guests may select Roast U.S. Beef Tenderloin or Oven-Roasted Gíndara Fillet Marinated in Miso. The experience concludes with a Caramel Hazelnut Praline Torte or a selection of French artisan cheese, rounded off with macarons served with coffee or tea.The setis complemented by a glass of sparkling 🍷 and The Manila Hotel tumbler.

Throughout June, Red Jade invites families to gather over a special a la carte menu celebrating the rich flavors of Chinese cuisine. Highlights include Golden Egg Prawns with Butter Oatmeal, Honey-Glazed Fish Fillet with Zhenjiang Sauce, Shredded Chicken with Lemon Sauce, and Seafood Fried Rice with Seaweed, alongside a selection of traditional favorites prepared with contemporary flair. Available for lunch and dinner, the limited-time menu offers a flavorful and memorable way to honor Dad, with dishes designed for sharing and family-style dining.

The celebration extends into a more relaxed indulgence at the Delicatessen, whereguests may bring home a Tropical Harmony Cake, paired with an insulated bag, at a special rate of Php 2,240 from June 8 to 21, 2026—perfect for continuing the celebration at home.
